If he won't do a deep discount that makes you feel like it's a steal and you can't pass it up don't buy it. Your attitude should be If you are getting a loan make sure everything is approved , signed in writing and save your copy, no negotiations after the sale unless they benefit you. Know exactly what you are paying for and everything is itemized. When I buy from a dealer I keep it simple, car price + tax, tag, title & Doc fee. Add that up less your deposit and plug that into your loan with the correct percentage. Don't be shy it's business, you are there to conduct business not make friends. Any negative BS from the dealership & I walk.
