If you maintain the same ratio of size you dont need to do any speedometer recalculation.

One of the decent things GM did engineering wise with these cars is that no matter what trim level Camaro you bought, they all have the same diameter wheels which I believe is 27" so the 18" rims and tires are just as big around as the 20" rims and tires
