May I suggest you use teespring for the shirts? Just need 10 shirt minimum for the order to go to print. People can order the size they want, no up front capital is required and there is ZERO "risk" for the person that is "selling the shirt." Once the shirt is printed it takes about a week to get and it can be sent direct to the customer. We can schedule so everyone gets their shirt before the event. Your call though I know you do custom shirts for C5, but this is an option to avoid that 100 shirt minimum you were talking about.
