I had the same problem, check out my old post. What happened the shop who mounted my wheels used a impact and over torqued them. It caused them to warp. I did the same thing, I had them rebalanced at least four times still felt a shake. Called the manufacturer, they asked me how they were mounted. I told them with an inpact, they said "OH NO" that's way to much torque. Nothing I could do but eat 1k in rims that I can't get rid of.
