I just put 295 and 315 MPSS on my SS and they fit fine--with one caveat. I have Ridetech coilovers (for now) I need a 5mm spacer on the fronts because the tire sidewall rubs on the bottom coils of the shocks. This apparently is only a problem with the Ridetechs. My Pedders actually had more clearance than the stock struts, and the 1LE stuts with BMR 1" lowering springs I'll be switching to shortly are reported not to have this problem, so I can remove the spacer once I change to the 1LE suspension.
