to the wheels they are in the 620-660range depending on dyno and transmission. 0 stock hellcats have hit 700+ hp on the chasis dyno.
gross hp is engine total output right to a dyno.
SAE HP is net power as installed
wheel HP is power to the ground (dyno's vary quite a bit though)
this is why a 400hp car from today is way faster than a 400hp car from the 60's. net vs gross HP rating.
