So went a little farther and pulled the manifold off, to remove the valley plate, so I could get a look at the lifters, or a few of them anyway. And everything looks good there too. Its starting to look like lower engine damage.

My plan was next year or the year after that to forge the motor and turn up the boost, I guess I'll just have to do that a little sooner than planned. I don't think I'll make Cfest this year, won't be the same with the car sitting at home in the garage and no camaro at the fest!....

So the next round of mods are as follows:

416 with forged internals
AGP's new fuel system
new fuel lines
ZL1 rear end install, to include driveshaft and axles
RPM bolt on, or FSP custom built roll bar
