The can pulls vacuum on the crankcase from the rear of the passenger side valve cover, fresh air comes from the front of the driver's side valve cover(coming from the air filter on one of my turbos). When I go into boost the pcv valve on the can closes and crankcase pressure is relieved through the one way breather on the can and back through the fresh air line to the turbo. I get a little oil on the filter not much.
The rx can was hooked up the way they recommend, never really liked the setup. It was my second one though. I had a single valve rx can on my car for 30,000 miles before I boosted it, and it worked ok. I do have some pretty dirty valves though, but maybe they would be 10 times worse without the can.
I wouldn't mind seeing a cutaway myself, but I cant afford to buy a can to cut apart lol so can't help you there. If you want more detail just contact MM. He's a nice guy and has no problems answering questions.
