CA11CB says it connects to factory but not to the SW headers. The first post in this thread shows these two part numbers together. I would like to get the Retro Chambered Cat Back to start and at a later date upgrade to the SW headers. Will they work together?

Yes. Both of those part numbers are "factory connect" which means that they are modular and you CAN install one and later add the other.
