The combination of codes makes it "seem" like something is going bad with the fuel pressure. For example, the FPCM is thinking that you're getting 85 PSI and then cutting back on the fuel pump, so you're getting so little fuel to the engine, it's causing the passenger side of the engine (bank 2) to go lean. Or you having a failing fuel pump that just isn't supplying fuel correctly.

I've never dropped the fuel tank in mine. I cheated and cut the little access panel underneath the passenger seat. If you were to do it this way, you could probably do it yourself in a couple of hours. A pro doing it the right way should be >3 hours (guessing).
