Not me personally I have been around them long enough to know better, but some people can argue part of the HP gain is from the AFR's.
Me personally the heartbeat is the better blower clearly.

If he was at 14.1 at full boost he would have been in trouble. That is just the max boost, doesn't mean anything in most logs.
