As bsims89 said the CEL will keep coming on and with my experience even with the O2 sensor extensions. The only way to get rid of the light is to get a custom tune. The handheld programmer will not allow you to turn off the O2 sensors, only a tuner that has the supported program will be able to turn that off for you.
