I was told it would be born april 3 and then i got a call from the business manager saying that it was built on march 24 and on the train headed to calgary.
4 weeks later i got a call saying that my car as well as many of the early builds had to go back to the plant for an engine component that was missed and he would let me know as soon as he had info for me.
middle of June my car was in the railyard in calgary and i got the call from 3 different associates at southgate telling me to get my ass down there to get my baby.
Its unfortunate that some dealerships are absolutely great while others don't care to give you any customer service at all.
