That's terrible, sounds like they need to tighten up quality control on the production line. I hope that things turn out well for you... My file has finally been escalated with GM customer care and I am waiting to hear back from the GM Executive branch on what their going to do for me... I wrote a 10 page letter outlining my whole experience with the car and sent it to GM priority care which you can find on the link here.... might want to give it a shot:
