Lifter for checking PTV

Messing around this morning and getting all my ducks in a row for my head swap and fly cutting the pistons. Wanted a sure way of knowing that the lifter did not bleed when checking PTV. So, instead of welding it up like most have done in the past I took an old stock lifter apart. Removed the plunger spring, made up the difference with some 1/4" AN washers. Make sure the plunger cup is the same finished height as before you take it apart. Took all of 5 min, a lot cleaner too!
