It seems as if Ford is always first to fire their gun, i have a feeling this next Z/28 is going to blow the doors off the GT350R. In light of that, is the GT350R 7:32 sec "Ring" track time true?

I just can't bring myself to drive a Ford, no matter what!
Ford does not release 'Ring times for public consumption, so even if someone timed the GT350R's lap with that result, it will never be officially acknowledged. in any case, would it really matter? You're not going to drive a Ford, no matter what!

I like how there are multiple posts in this thread trying to explain why z/28 sales are not robust, but nobody is saying what is likely a big driver of the lack of sales for new z/28's and the reason so many previously sold Z's are on the market for resale; there is another track-oriented pony car available for sale that looks to offer better lap times and more creature comforts at a lower price!

Unless you are a brand-loyal kind of person, it would only make sense you would buy the car that offers the best value for the least price.
