I agree with a lot of the points being made about why the Z28's aren't selling. I own a c6 Zo6 but recently sold my modded Ferrari F355, modded 2008 Dodge Viper Coupe & a few other toys. The Z28 was advertised very well & it does have many things that appeal to me as a car guy. But ultimately I wasn't willing to spend that kind on cash on a 5th Gen Camaro. So, I ended up building my version of a Z28 using a '12 Camaro SS theft recovery car. I had purchased a 2008 LS7 engine I planned for another project. I also got the 3.91 GM gears, Z28 rear differential cooler & Z28 cold air intake. I built it for under $30k. No it doesn't have the seats, suspension or brakes, Nor is it a real Z28 but I had a Katech torquer 110 cam, MSD airforce manifold, long tubes, Nitrous, KW coil overs, rollcage,sway bars & other suspension mods added. So now I can save for another fun toy to add down the road.
