You can take this any way you want. Up here in Central N.Y. most of us put our cars up for 6 months. Mice can chew almost any thing they want to. Moth ball just don't do the job. Been storing cars for 30years. Every since I been doing this I have had no problems. I put steel wool in the exhaust tips real tight. Mice won't chew thru steel wool. Next dryer sheets in the trunk on the dash floor front & back on seats. Lay them all over the engine bay. Cover the engine bay area good. When you close the hood don't slam it down. The suction throws them all over the place. Close it slowly.
