I can tell you it's not 140 ft./lbs. If you try to torque to 140 you run the risk to strip the stud and threads in the lug nut, and have to get the new stud pressed in. I know. We tried to torque to the spec in the manual several years ago on our 2011 SS after looking in the owners manual. After that episode, I've always torqued 'em to 100 and never had any issues.

I've looked in my manual for my '15 and it also shows what was posted in thread #71. 110 ft/lbs. It appears that GM finally fixed the error in the earlier owner's manuals, but won't admit they goofed printing the 140.
