GM has been predictable in the past so I think this car has surprised the competition and surpassed what many of us had hoped for. They aren't playing around and makes me optimistic that more surprises are coming.
My wish would be a higher output NA engine for the Z/28 and a larger 2.3L blower for the ZL1.
Merging the Z/28 and ZL1 into one LT4 model doesn't make sense unless they choose not to respond to the GT350R, 13/14 GT500 or Hellcat. A LT4 car would be nice but not a true track car and barely answers what Dodge and Ford has done much less what is coming.
Chevy didn't hold back with the SS.

I'm hoping jaws will drop to the floor when the 1LE, Z/28 and ZL1 roll out
Edit: There is room for both engines described in the Corvette and Camaro lines. Ford claims the GT350R is at C7 Z51 track levels and the C7 Z06 has shown in the 10.4 sec 1/4 run that it can put down all 650 HP since drag radials made no real difference. C7 has room for a Grand Sport and ZR1. IMO
