Exactly 1 year ago I bought a 2500HD Silverado for my hubby and Reliable would not honor me the employee discount even though it was being advertised as such. I went somewhere else and they did honor the discount which I ended up getting a great deal on the Silverado.

We had a car on order at Reliable. Our sales guy was great...until I actually paid the deposit. I guess he figured he didnt need to return phone calls or update us. We were told they had available allocation in early Aug. As soon as we paid our deposit we were told they "should have allocations available in Sept." Since they'd lied to us once, who knew how long we'd get pushed back? So we cancelled and took over an order for the exact car we wanted in FL that was at 3300. I will say Reliable offered to refund the deposit without my even having to ask...so that was good.
