I have wheel chocks bolted to the trailer deck so that I get the car on the same each time. I tie the car down to the chassis using the slots in the front and rear subframe. Then set the parking brake with the trans in neutral. Tying the car down using the wheels allows the cars suspension to move around too much and that makes the trailer move around more. My setup is like towing a 3800lb block of steel.
