I'm not really sure what you're trying to accomplish here. Convince any of us that a car ( the ZL1) any of us could have bought is a better car that what we bought. Sorry, but the Z/28 is a far superior car to the ZL1. I had a Shelby which would have killed a ZL1 in any performance test known to man...and the Z/28 is a better car than the Shelby, in all aspects..except for quarter mile times.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. GO DRIVE A Z/28 and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Not to mention, look at the two side by side. The Z/28 has something about it the ZL1 can't match.
The Z/28 wins competitions the ZL1 places low. This is for a reason. Until you realize that reason, your comments are moot. In other words, they mean nothing.
