I've NEVER had any problem with Sal /Zaino either....we have emailed back and forth on many occasions, he has also been quick to respond to any questions I have had.....Oh and by the way I'm not a Koolaid drinker myself but the proof 's in the pudding as they say.....whoever THEY is
