Hey man. That sucks to hear. I would immediately undo the tune, call the mail order tuner and request a refund(if possible) and take it to a real tuner. Without any disrespect, it makes zero sense to buy a 60k car and not get it top quality parts and tunes. Especially when it relates to the engine.
If you really are in Guam, then I would just hold off until you get it state side. Or if you have the money, fly someone out there.
