It's not whether I can wait or not..It's whether I can Afford it or not.
I'm currently going to college (18 month straight program) Criminal Justice major; I have a job working Security, making only $8.50 an hour (that will soon increase to about $9.25 I believe), and increase again to approx. $9.50 or $9.75 once I get my firearms permit.
Never been stopped by the cops (not once) - even tho I drive a little..harsh...
I don't break the law or anything I just don't drive a 10 out of 10. I'd say 7 out of 10, Aggressive Defensive (as someone said) However, I Can drive 10 out of 10 - If my mom is in the car...Lol.
I look forward to eventually being a Highway Patrol (as stated in my sig.), which will make me some pretty decent $$.
But until I get that job, I doubt I'll be able to afford the new camaro - even tho I want it Very very badly.
Patience isn't Necessarily the issue here..it's more the cost of the new camaro, and the insurance, and responsibility, of owning one.

If cost wasn't the issue, you bet your ass I'd have one just like in my sig.

I've considered that proposed I4 turbo, knowing it'd lack a lot of power..but also realizing I could drive it 24/7...
My mom's Taurus has rather scared me away from V6's...that thing eats up gas like CRAZY...even tho 300 HP sounds freakin awesome - I'm worried about shelling out 40 bucks every 2 & a half days (she likes to keep the tank Over half full, I dunno why, but whatever, its her money).
we've rented a cobalt for about 2 months now and its real steady on gas consumption.
I'm thinking it's just cuz its a ford, and its 10 years old..I realize that there's been a lot of enhancements in gas consumption (especially from GM), but I'm still hesitant to get a V6 because the taurus is all I've ever driven.
our taurus is crapping out on us (its given a new meaning to Fix or Repair Daily), we've literally had to send it BACK to the ford dealership the day After, or 2 days after they "repaired" it. and no I'm definitely Not exaggerating.
But as I said, I hope to one day have the car that's in my sig.

I could however, afford a 4th gen V6 camaro, which is why I'm kinda on the look out..
