Diehard GM guy here. My advice, drive both and see which you enjoy more. I test drove a 2012 Boss about a year ago just for the Hell of it. It was nice, the motor had good snap to it, it handled great and the side exit exhaust sounded great. If it were up to me, I'd have one of each. My SS, a Boss and a Challenger ScatPack. Two problems: My wife needs convincing and I need to build a detached garage. My oversized two car garage is already filled with her Jeep, my SS and my other toys.
