Pull it out put the new sensor in, in reality you shouldn't need to be re-tuned but thats not always the case if someone has mucked around with things in the tune file, it wouldn't be a bad idea to talk to your tuner mention the issue and the solution of changing the sensor and ask if he is comfortable with your driving it or if he should take a look at things to make sure it is safe.
