Yes I saw that too last night and this morning on the news, and I was in shock. And this was around 7:00 pm, right at or during rush hour especially South Bound on I-95. Im glad she wasnt hurt!
It just makes me sick to my stomach to see things like this happen. All for a DAMN JOYRIDE! Ugh.
