Paying two bills every time I want a clean car? Ouch.
I dry the with neither a chamois or a leaf blower. I use micro-fiber cloths specifically for drying the car although I have started to use the blower for wheels.
I have had actual, real chamois leather in the past. Worked very well. Took a long time to dry with it, since it was fairly small. But in the end I started using synthetic, because the fairly expensive chamois smelled bad after a while. But it was so soft, extremely hard to scratch paint with it.
I have considered getting another small chamois leather for my windshield and glass.
