Clutch upgrade/replacement question

Alright. Please mind my ignorance of the matter.

My car (14' LS3) had a clutch replaced under warrantee @~14,000km. Faulty master cylinder. After replacement, clutch pedal has never been "stiff" enough. I only really noticed when one of my customers brought his stock 2014 SS into the shop and I chirped the tires trying to back out of the bay. Mine feels like a sponge compared to his.

This leads me to think air in the fluid, which also explains why I have almost worn out another clutch (60,000km). I don't drive hard, never tracked, and never launched it.

I want to get the pedal "feel" fixed, but also want to get a "better" clutch. For example, better brakes last longer and stop better. I don't want something that'll make it un-driveable, but something a bit better on the wear rating.

Do I just need a disc, or pressure plate, What do I need to buy?

Thanks In Advance for the help guys.
