In Minnesota, on the application they ask what it means. I simply wrote: "It is the code for the engine for this car model."
Yes it means 4 F_ck'in 27...LOL. Car people get it and laugh and give me the thumbs up. Non car people ask and if there are no kids around I tell them.
I tried this one but my State Patrol buddies weren't too happy...
