They just need a ZL1 to finalize the install for us.

Who is ready for a CTS-V pump kit? Iteration One is shown here in the photo! The wiring harness is actually being compacted down to eliminate the relay. The kit is centered around a Bosch 044 fuel pump triggered by a unique DSX Tuning developed controller that uses the MAP sensor signal to trigger the pump around ten pounds of boost. The updated controller will also feature a prime function that will run the pump for a short period on key on to help purge the line with new fuel for users that frequently change between gasoline and ethanol. This also helps to ensure the pump is primed the first time you bury the go pedal! The pump includes a low profile check valve on the outlet as well as a 40 micron pre filter to help protect the pump from any debris.

Easy electrical connections are provided by the harness. Simply unplug your map sensor (the red label one), plug the jumper in, hook up power and ground near the fuse box, and connect the remaining terminals to the pump which mounts to the frame rail underneath the car. A mounting bracket and hardware is included for the pump.

Pre made fuel lines and a specially designed adapter make tying the pump into the factory line an easy ordeal. Just disconnect your factory fuel line where it is between the gas tank and frame, clip the adapter in (it's all push connect), and proceed to install the lines. Fuel is supplied by drilling the tank and installing the supplied 90* pipe thread to AN fitting along with included sealant. There is an optional drill bit and thread tap for $28 if you need it.

Final pricing will be around $1000. We still need to evaluate the labor in producing each kit as well as finalize the total cost per system.

Ready for a 1200whp capable pump solution that isn't $2000+ and keeps the function of your factory FPCM?

Sounds like it could be a slick option? Sounds like you don't need to drop the fuel tank as you are drilling a hole for fuel supply?
