Like I said, the Camaro looks a whole lot better than the current Mustang GT, even the GT500 and the Corvette's. That in itself will be the number one reason the Camaro stays on top in sales.. As for enthusiasts that simply want to "win" at the track.. Those don't make up a large enough number to make a difference in sales if they choose the 2011 GT over the Camaro SS next year. The good thing for Ford will be all the magazines seem to be on their side most of the time while creating categories in order for the Current GT to be able to beat the SS even though the GT loses in all races against it. However in the end, this is all good for the pony wars and GM has its work cut out next year to come up with a faster SS or a Z28 if it wants to be "King of the Hill" in its price segment past this year.. And yes, it is currently number 1 in speed, handling and looks.. Ford really should have waited to release this engine with a complete re-design of the Mustang GT in order for it to make a dent against the Camaro in V6 sales..
