With that being said i would worry about your fueling now and then work on the cam and additional upgrades after. Id go with a fueling supply that serves more then what you may desire. (Dual Pump, Lines, 85lb or 1000lb injectors, ECT.)

So, are you recommending the fuel first as that won't help me address the immediate problem of the lifters.
