If its a 1LE and a Z?? then I wouldn't be surprised to see them both at the same show. Or they could just issue a press release & a handful of pics for the 1LE a month or two after the Z is shown. The 1LE doesn't really warrant the full autoshow unveil treatment. But it might make sense to show it alongside something else big.
If its a ZL1 and a Z28 (or Z/28) then I'd expect them to debut at different, separated as much as they possibly could. In different years if need-be (though that seems unlikely if they're undergoing development simultaneously)

Obviously, if it's a Z** and 1LE, the Z would take priority but I think the 1LE deserves at least being rolled out for a few minutes at the show.
If it's a ZL1 and Z/28, different shows is most likely.
I hope at least one is at Detroit. I can't wait to see what the 6th gen is really capable of.
