This fries my goat... why cant people own up to their own mistakes? why has it become sue sue sue, or file a claim for something I did..
I doubt the parking lot is "city" most will be private property and have some one who owns it and maintains it...
yes there are a few times of real property neglect, but come on...
should the owner paint every thing yellow and put up signs to pay attention?
