Really? Is there any exceptions? I'm assuming that time starts once
it's been unloaded from the rail car, if that's the case then

TRM002 who does the AAG tracking told me that it is not true that a car has to
be off the railyard in 72hrs. So I don't know who's right, where'd you get that from ElManny?
