Has the car been in an accident? maybe the PO had something "straightened" ......Trust me, I have seen it all. The best one was where they used a hydraulic jack to push in a crease on a frame tube.....then then they did a really great job of filling the waves and respraying it.....too bad for them, I bring a magnet on inspections.
