After the problem started I pulled over and shut it down. Restarted after I checked the plug wires and checking to see if anything else looked weird, ran for maybe 10-15 seconds. After changing out parts I did the same thing, 10-15 seconds running and shut off. Both times I watched the oil pressure gauge and it read normal oil pressure. No check engine light any time the car was running with the problem.

Update to this:
Getting it towed to a Chevy dealership. Diagnosis so far from this shop is I need a new motor. Two dead cylinders on the passenger side (not holding compression) but the shop owner who looked at the car has no clue why they are dead. We shall see what comes of the two dead cylinders as I don't think I need a new engine. I feel like if I needed a new engine there would have been some sort of a check engine light.
