I ordered "FAST1SS" about a year ago and I haven't picked them up yet... I received my latest notice to pick them up from the DMV last week. I'll get them soon... not in a hurry to go to the DMV.
Yes - around here we have to go the DMV to pick them up and turn in the old ones.
