Thank's for asking.
First , it's the first year we do it and it will be well organize
even if it's the first year.
Ok now ,for the time will have the airport at 7am till 6pm and during
lunch time(12 to 1) the airport will be reopen for planes to land and take off.
Arrived between 7 and 8 am for registration and it will start at 8am.
They will be 100 cars max, so far half of it have registered.
For the runs will make 3-4 runs in the morning and 3-4 runs in the afternoon.If it's raining it will be the next day or next saturday.
And for the places to stay check on Google maps all the hôtels
near by the airport , there's a couple near the airport.
As i have the infos i will post it.
