op, I'm betting you've got a slave issue from "over slipping"/(heating) the clutch too much too often. It really doesn't take more than 1500rpm to get moving from a dead stop. I use like 800(idle) if I'm on a perfectly flat surface if I'm just cruising. Usually I give it like 1100-1300rpm and after that my clutch is fully engaged. If you're revving to like 3000 and above and you always do it that way you've probably popped your slave. Check your clutch master cylinder reservoir. If the fluid is dark get a syringe and pull it out, wipe the cup, and add fresh dot 4. If you have a leak, then its expensive lol
