Thanks for all the detail answer guys I really do appreciate it and will continue to do my research. I plan on renting a house or a nice apartment first. If I do really like the area for the first few years a house will be on a radar to purchase.

Some things I'm worry about is all the Camaros that are getting stolen and this drought has caught my intention. Property tax is a bitch too.
