I just broke some crappy bolts that secure the flex plate to the torque converter after a semi-hard 2200 rpm launch - it takes some effort to get these tires to spin, so be prepared for stuff breaking.
I could break the prior set of Nitto Motivo's loose at 60 mph but the S/S's hardly ever break loose in dry weather (only a few hundred miles so far though). And, I have driven in light rain with no issues, but I can't speak to handling in standing water - avoid it.
