Parts that you spec'd out didn't work or you did not know what parts were needed I.E. as simple as a boost controller. Getting parts from you took months to receive making us put the car on and off the rack many many times delaying our other customers scope of work and other schedule promises. You were a constant pain to get the correct parts out of you as promised as well as any payments at all towards labor. As you are aware you did not end this relationship, we did. We tuned your car on waste gate only, no boost controller. We, Hp Motorsports could not get the additional parts needed to complete your project as well as labor needed to complete your project. Therefore, Hp Motorsports made the decision to cut ties with you and requested you pick up your car immediately. At the time that you showed up at 8 o'clock at night you presented multiple forms of payment that were all declined. Despite the bleak outlook for Hp to get paid we made the decision to release your vehicle with no payment. Notice to all shops in the city, Be very aware and careful when dealing with the Metcalfs. Good Luck collecting your money.

So your saying that, you took a car into your shop, out of the goodness of your heart, to "help" him finish his project? And they held you up because they were not supplying you the parts fast enough, or even the correct parts for the job? Then to add insult on to injury all forms of payment were decline, and you guys never got paid? So you guys had enough and booted them out of your shop? Is that what your trying to say in your statement? Lastly. is there a reason your using his full name?
