I think you have that backwards?
The v6 piece that you buy is straight (but the piece you put it into on the camaro is like a 90 deg turn.)
The v8 one is bent.
So if anyone gets the one on the right in the picture above tell the parts person it's wrong, it's for the v8, and you need the v6 one.
