^^^^ Those are all assuming the OP was not at fault. If the OP did it, discounting the fact he didn't have full coverage, the OP would be responsible for the damage.
Either case, take that to a shop to be properly evaluated. Almost any reputable shop will give you a free, complete estimate of the work and parts needed to repair it. A couple of pictures in a discussion forum will not provide good evaluation.
