This year I'm doing things a little different if your staying at the Hillcrest you will have to call the hotel and confirm your buffet vouchers with your room. For people who are staying at Best Western (overflow hotel) you can call in and arrange your buffet vouchers for pick up at front desk Saturday night before the buffet. We will have a little wiggle room for those who can't get there act together, but don't count on it and make your buffet reservations prior to August 7th 2016.
