I was contacted by Ford Corporate promptly this afternoon and the picture pack I sent in, containing the GT500 and Camaro is being reviewed by the Mustang Manager, and parts and service managers.

I want to thank all of the Camaro owners for the hospitality and the excellent pictures you provided me. You guys are the greatest! I know you share with me the desire that the US car makers provide the absolute best quality product they can and beat the foreign competition.

This whole thing has been very difficult for me and others as we love the Ford Motor Company and our cars. It is a miserable feeling, almost like having a bad disagreement with a good, trusted friend or close family member, but we felt we had to get Ford's attention on a quality problem we felt was serious. Some Mustang owners here disagree and I respect that.

I don't know what the eventual outcome will be but I have done my best to make them aware of the problem and how very disappointed we are with the rust issue in our cars.
